EEG is electroencephalograph which is recordings of brain waves  CT is computed tomography which is x-ray scans processed in software to give a view of a slice of a person, as opposed to a regular x-ray photo which is just looking through them with all the organs superimposed (i.e. mostly seeing just the bone)
